Company First

When in doubt, ask: does this move the company forward? That answer overrides everything else. It helps in prioritising tasks every day.

Disagree and Commit

Discuss anything under the sun as long as it matters for the company. Handshake later on commitment and on respect. Ensure alignment to move forward. It is very important not to carry emotions over multiple meetings.

Bias for Action

It is okay to take wrong actions. Any action produces information and we should always keep moving forward. This is the only tractable way to solve crazy hard problems.
